Spirion customers have the ability to view existing tickets, and update tickets that are not in a "closed" status. In order to view/update existing Spirion tickets, please perform the following steps:
- Go to http://support.spirion.com
- Enter your Email address and Password
- Click Sign in button:
- Click on your name dropdown in the top right corner
- Select "My activities"
- You should be able to see "My requests" by default with a list of ticket you have opened and their status. You can click on any ticket not marked as "Closed" and "Add to conversation" to update an active ticket.
