First ensure there are no filters applied to the Spyglass screen. You can select Clear All in the upper right corner of the Spyglass screen.
Then if the issue persists clear the cache in CAT when opening the CAT in advanced mode. The easiest way to run the CAT in advanced mode is to create a shortcut for the CAT on the desktop and then copy it so you have two shortcuts and edit one of them to add the word advanced at the end of the Target line:

Please ensure the Generate Supporting Cache setting is enabled in the Update Data Cache Service Task.
This can be reached via the Console's>Admin>Service Tasks screen.
Double click on the Update Data Cache Task and check the settings of the Task to ensure that it is configured to Generate Supporting Caches:
Once set, click OK, Right-click the Update Data Cache task and select Execute Now.
Once the task has completed, please log out of the Console, clear your Web Browser cache, and log back into the Console.
