Logs can be viewed in the Console under the Logs tab if you have the logs sent to the Console however that is not recommended except for troubleshooting on specific endpoints. The sending of logs to the Console is disabled by default but can be enabled by configuring the following setting in a System Policy applied to an endpoint: Console\sendLogs
The following explains where the logs can be viewed on the endpoint machine.
You may view search logs in the Client by selecting the Configuration Tab, then clicking on the down arrow on the Logging button and selecting "View Any Log".

For Interactive searches the logs are in the following path, replacing UserName with the user name of the user that is logged in when running the search:
